Default Rogers Place / Oilers post game "activities"

There's rumours surfacing that if we go another round; 104th is getting shut down and turns into a giant beer garden. Which is great and hilariously ironic considering the outcry against megabars.
There was no need to change that plaque. We are the City of Champions.

A few idiots want to control who, what where and when so it makes sense theyd happily allow drunken shananigans on their terms.

They've implemented a no-parking no-stopping policy on Whyte and Jasper Aves on game nights. If the purpose of this is for pedestrian safety and post-game traffic flow then wouldn't it make more sense to implement this for streets near to the arena? or is this actually for those impromptu vehicular victory parades?

I will let OEG/COE reply here, but that idea was just that, an idea...unless something has change. Also, special events are just that, special. Look at what Toronto is doing outside of the ACC for the Raptors and Leafs, love it.
